Welcome

Maryland Business Works is a workforce training grant program designed to assist Maryland businesses by providing financial assistance for training existing workers.  Private sector for-profit or not-for-profit employers are eligible to participate in the program.  Employers receive a 50% reimbursement of training costs for approved projects.

This program will hopefully encourage promotions within your organization, provide job opportunities for lower level positions to further grow your company, and also help with employee retention by increasing the skill level of your existing workforce.
