Stipend Appeal Policy

​

If a stipend form is submitted after 90 days from the last day of class participation, the individual may appeal the decision to the Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board Executive Director. The appeal must state the reason why the form has been turned in late, and it must be in writing and sent to:

After consideration, the Executive Director will render a decision within 30 days and will communicate the decision to the applicant. All decisions are contingent upon available funding.​​
